Extra / First Quality: truffles hand-selected one by one, each weighing over 20 grams. These pieces are distinguished by their exceptional shape, intense aroma, and optimal ripeness, making them ideal for distributors serving high-end restaurants and gourmet markets where excellence is paramount.

Second Quality: truffles that weigh less than 20 grams or have been broken during harvesting or handling. Despite their different size or appearance, they retain the same authentic flavor and aroma as Extra truffles, offering distributors a flexible option for clients who value quality at a more accessible presentation.
